Pathology of peripheral nerves

Most often, we perform operations for tunnel syndromes (decompression surgeries), neurolysis, and neurorrhaphy of peripheral nerves using microsurgical techniques and minimally invasive methods.

I cooperate with surgeons of reconstructive hand surgery.

Tunnelling syndrome

- is damage to the peripheral nerve in anatomical areas formed by natural bone, ligament and muscle structures. That is, these are all anatomical constrictions (canals) in which the peripheral nerve can be compressed. In addition to natural canal constrictions, the nerve can also be compressed as a result of pathological or traumatic tissue changes: fibrous tissue changes, scars, edema, displacement of bone fragments in fractures.
